抹茶瑞士卷~~香軟到不行!

1. 蛋黃與蛋白分離

2. 蛋黃+糖打散

3. 倒入油和水,打勻

4. 篩入抹茶粉和低粉

5. 拌勻,放在一邊

6. 蛋白打至粗泡,加入糖

7. 打到8分發,這個有點太硬了,但是手法就可隨意了,不怕消泡

8. 把蛋白一半加入到蛋黃液中,再把另一半加進來,拌勻,180度烤15分鐘
